Sponsorship Opportunities

The Governor’s 2011 Tourism Conference provides a sponsor exhibit area, valuable networking opportunities, and professional development sessions for over 400 attendees annually. The conference is attended by Colorado tourism and travel professionals from all facets of the industry including hotels and motels, attractions, ski resorts, gaming, retail, destination marketing organizations and tourism related state agencies and associations. Additionally, there are many support related organizations that participate, such as advertising agencies, marketing firms, print media, publishers, and printing companies. The conference provides a great opportunity for organizations that provide a support service to the visitor industry to make key contacts with Colorado’s tourism leaders while promoting their company and services.

Exhibitor Information

How to register as an Exhibitor

  1. Register for your booth and pay the $600 fee with PayPal (you get 1 free registration with your booth)
  2. Register yourself with our standard registration form: Register

    Please fill in all boxes with your information, then click on the submit button at the bottom of the page to move into the Paypal page. You will only need to hit the submit bottom once, otherwise you will be registered for every time you “submit” your information. On the Paypal page you will need to only register one person, if you have more than one person attending from your company, please register them as regular attendees in the standard registration form.
  3. **You get 1 free registration with your booth so please check the “Complimentary” box and PayPal will not ask you for a credit card.
  4. If you have additional attendees you’d like to register, fill out a standard registration form for each person: Register

    **You can only put 1 person per form and must pay for each separately with PayPal. You will be taken directly to the PayPal screen when you submit each form.
  5. Fill out and send the Exhibitor Agreement

Exhibitors requiring phone, Internet access and power will need to order it no later than Friday, Sept. 14. Please fill out the form below and fax it to The Embassy Suites at 970-612-2398.
